At The Record Rack · North Main Street, Naas, Co. Kildare
The Record Rack, the record shop and bar on North Main Street in Naas, puts up a marquee for LiMiTED EDiTiON, a short run billed as two nights of guest DJs and live music. The opening night is Friday 21 August 2026 with a 7pm start, and a second date is listed on the same Eventbrite page. The programme splits between guest DJs playing themed sets and local bands playing acoustic sets, so the room shifts between live performance and records across the evening rather than running as a straight club night.
The organisers have kept the lineup deliberately vague on the listing, naming slots rather than acts, which is normal for a venue building a night around its own reputation rather than a headline booking. The Record Rack trades as a record shop by day, and the crossover shows in the music policy: this is closer to a selectors night than a chart night. It is an in person event only, and the venue’s refund policy allows cancellations up to seven days before the date.
The Record Rack is on North Main Street, in the middle of Naas town centre and walkable from the main car parks and the bus stops on the Dublin road. Coming by car, leave the M7 at junction 9 or junction 10 and follow signs for Naas town centre; evening parking in the town car parks is straightforward once the shops have closed. There is no station in Naas itself, but Sallins and Naas railway station is about four kilometres north on the Dublin Heuston to Kildare line, with taxis on the rank in town. Dublin Coach runs frequent services along the M7 between Dublin and Naas late into the evening.
