At Live at The Breakwater · Ferrybank, Wexford Town, Co. Wexford
Joel Corry closes out the Live at the Breakwater run on Sunday 16 August 2026, playing the big top tent pitched at Ferrybank on the north side of Wexford harbour. The British DJ and producer built his name on chart dance records, among them the 2020 single Head & Heart with MNEK, and his sets sit firmly in the mainstream club and festival space rather than anything specialist, which suits a big-tent Sunday crowd at the end of a weekend of shows.
The Breakwater site is set up as a standing event with no seating, and admission is strictly over-18s with ID checked at the gate. Gates open one hour before the advertised show time, and the organisers do not allow chairs, umbrellas, large bags or alcohol brought in from outside. He follows Dec Pierce’s Block Rockin’ Beats on the Friday and Cian Ducrot on the Saturday, so the Sunday is the third and final night of the August run at the venue, which sits directly across the water from Wexford town centre.
Start times and prices are not published on the Live at the Breakwater listing page, so both are confirmed through the ticket link rather than on the venue site. Tickets are sold per show, not as a weekend pass. Because Ferrybank has limited capacity for cars and the crossing back into town is over Wexford Bridge, most people walk in from the town side or arrange a taxi rather than parking at the site itself.
Ferrybank is on the north bank of Wexford harbour, directly across Wexford Bridge from the town centre and about a fifteen-minute walk from Main Street and the quays. Wexford’s O’Hanrahan station on Redmond Square is at the town end of the bridge, served by Irish Rail from Dublin Connolly and Rosslare Europort. By road it is roughly an hour and forty minutes from Dublin on the N11 and M11, and around forty-five minutes from Rosslare Europort on the N25. Parking at Ferrybank is limited on show nights, so walking over the bridge or taking a taxi is the easier option.
