What to Expect

D.T.N Events bring Devour: The Nightmare Circus to Dr Cullen Park in Carlow town for one night on Saturday 10 October 2026. This is an adults-only Halloween circus billed by the organisers as Ireland’s deadliest adult circus Halloween special, and the running order covers fire performance, knife throwing, aerial acts, sword swallowing and motorcycle stunts. The theming is theatrical horror rather than family circus, and the organisers are explicit that the show is strictly over-18s.

Doors open at 8:30pm with the show itself starting at 9pm and running around two hours. Dr Cullen Park is Carlow GAA’s county ground on O’Brien Road, which gives the production a large enclosed site with free parking on the night, unusual for a late show of this kind. The organisers describe it as a one-night-only performance with limited ticket numbers, and they encourage the audience to come dressed for Halloween. Refunds are not offered once tickets are bought, so check the date before committing.
