Getting There

TF Royal is on the Old Westport Road on the western edge of Castlebar, signposted from the N5 and N60 approaches, with a large free car park on site. It is about a ten minute walk from the town centre. Castlebar is roughly 20 minutes from Westport on the N5, 40 minutes from Ballina on the N57 and N5, 25 minutes from Claremorris on the N60 and about an hour and a quarter from Galway city on the N84. Castlebar railway station is on the Dublin Heuston to Westport line, around 15 minutes on foot from the venue, and Bus Eireann services from Galway, Sligo, Ballina and Dublin stop in the town. For families travelling with older children, the hotel on the same site makes an overnight straightforward.
