The Gym Ballina hosts a women’s workshop supporting Breast Cancer Ireland on 24 October 2026, 10am to 12:30pm.
SBG Ballina and Roots Wellness combine practical self-defence, personal confidence, yoga and mobility, followed by coffee and conversation. Beginners are welcome. The booking page lists the complete event window as two and a half hours.
