Vegan Cookery Courses at The Edergole Kitchen, Dromahair

At The Edergole Kitchen · Edergole, Dromahair, Co. Leitrim

Vegan dishes prepared at a cookery course in Dromahair, Co. Leitrim

What to Expect

The Edergole Kitchen at Dromahair runs a run of hands-on vegan cookery days through autumn and into winter, each a six-hour class from 10am to 4pm with a maximum of eight people at the benches. The autumn opener is the Middle Eastern Vegan Cookery Course on Saturday 5 September 2026 at €140 per person, where the group cooks falafel, dolmades and baba ganoush alongside a spread of other salads, mains, soups and desserts.

These are cooking days rather than demonstrations: you work through the dishes yourself, taste as you go, and leave with a recipe handout that includes extra recipes beyond the ones cooked on the day. All ingredients are provided. Three more dates follow at the same kitchen and the same 10am start: Indian Vegan Cuisine on Saturday 3 October 2026, Festive Vegan on Saturday 7 November 2026, and Healthy Vegan on Saturday 12 December 2026. Each date is booked separately through Eventbrite, and with eight places per class they are worth booking early. Refunds are available up to seven days before a course.
