At Newbridge Town Hall · Newbridge Town Hall, Newbridge, County Kildare
Only the published dates are confirmed for this programme.
KWWSPCA’s Christmas Fair takes over Newbridge Town Hall on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 November, giving the animal charity’s fundraising calendar a festive close for the year. The fair follows the same format as the charity’s Autumn Fair and PopUp Shop earlier in the season, with stalls of donated gifts, decorations, homeware and seasonal items laid out across the hall, alongside a pop up version of the KWWSPCA shop. It is the charity’s main pre Christmas fundraiser, timed to catch shoppers looking for stocking fillers and gifts in the run up to the holiday, and stock is refreshed across the two days as items sell and new donations come in. Everything on sale has been donated by supporters or sourced by the charity specifically for the fair, and all proceeds go toward KWWSPCA’s shelter and rehoming work across Kildare and west Wicklow, which is especially busy over the winter months. There is no charge to browse the fair, with prices for individual items set on the day, and the charity’s 2027 calendar, launched at its table quiz the previous week, is typically also on sale at the fair for anyone who missed it. Exact opening hours for both days are published on the charity’s own events page and social media closer to the date, so it is worth checking there before travelling, particularly for the Sunday.
Newbridge is just off the N7 dual carriageway around 45 minutes from Dublin city centre, with the Town Hall in the centre of town near the main shopping streets. Newbridge railway station, on the Dublin Heuston to Waterford and Kilkenny line, is a short walk from the town centre, and Bus Eireann connects the town to Naas, Kildare town and Dublin. On street parking and several public car parks serve the town centre around the Town Hall, though spaces can be tight on a busy pre Christmas weekend.
