What to Expect

The Apex Trading Card Show takes over a function space at the Osprey Hotel in Naas on Sunday 23 August 2026, running a long day from 10.30am through to 5pm. The organisers list more than 30 of Ireland’s trading card game vendors under one roof.

The format is buy, sell and trade rather than a spectator event, so bring the binder. Vendors cover the main trading card games and collectors’ lines, and the length of the day means you can arrive later without finding the tables packed away. Admission is free for children under 12, and the organisers pitch it as fun for the whole family, which in practice means a lot of parents standing behind a nine year old negotiating a trade. Getting There

The Osprey Hotel is in the Devoy Quarter on the western edge of Naas town centre, a short walk from the Main Street and signposted from the ring road. Coming by car, leave the M7 at junction 9 or junction 10 and follow signs for Naas and then the Devoy Quarter; there is free parking on site. Sallins and Naas railway station is roughly 4km away on the Dublin Heuston to Kildare and Cork line, with taxis available at the station, and Sunday services do run though less frequently than weekdays. Bus routes serve Naas from Dublin, Newbridge and Kilcullen.
