At Multiple venues in Tullamore, Birr, Kilcormac, Edenderry and Clara · Various venues, County Offaly
Only the published dates are confirmed for this programme.
Hullabaloo, Offaly’s Children’s Arts Festival, runs from Wednesday, 28 to Saturday, 31 October 2026, across venues in Tullamore, Birr, Kilcormac, Edenderry and Clara, over the October mid-term school break.
The festival’s own site describes a programme of workshops and performances spanning music, craft, art and dance for children, spread across the four days of the mid-term break. Neither the festival’s site nor Visit Offaly’s listing sets out a detailed schedule of individual workshops this far ahead of the dates, so families are directed to the festival’s own website and its Facebook and Instagram pages for the full 2026 programme as it is confirmed venue by venue.
Hullabaloo runs across five separate towns rather than one site, so there is no single venue or address. Visit Offaly’s listing and the festival’s own site both point visitors to check the programme for the specific venue and time in whichever town they plan to visit, since locations vary town to town.
Tullamore, the county town, has the Grand Canal and the Tullamore D.E.W. Distillery at its centre. Birr is the Georgian one, laid out around Emmet Square in the 1620s. Edenderry sits at the edge of the Bog of Allen with the Grand Canal running through its south side, Clara sits on the River Brosna near its own raised bog, and Kilcormac is the smallest of the five, in the foothills of the Slieve Bloom Mountains. There is more to see in Tullamore, Birr, Edenderry, Clara, Kilcormac and across Offaly.
