At Reade Hall · Reade Hall, Devenish Parish, Co. Fermanagh
Devenish parish has two fundraising dates in the Church of Ireland Diocese of Clogher autumn diary. The first is a concert in aid of Devenish Parish Church in the Reade Hall on Saturday 17 October 2026. The second is the Devenish Parish Sale and Auction on Saturday 7 November 2026. Both entries are placeholders at this stage: the diocese notes that further details are to follow, so start times, the concert line up and any ticket price had not been published when this page was written.
Devenish is one of the older parish names in County Fermanagh, taking its title from Devenish Island in Lower Lough Erne with its round tower and monastic ruins. The working Church of Ireland parish today sits inland to the north west of Enniskillen, on the Derrygonnelly side of the county. A parish concert in October and a sale and auction in November is the standard shape of an autumn fundraising season in a Fermanagh country parish, with the concert bringing in a paying audience for an evening and the sale clearing donated goods for parish funds a few weeks later.
Devenish parish lies north west of Enniskillen, out on the road towards Derrygonnelly and the Lower Lough Erne shore. Enniskillen is the practical base for anyone coming from outside the county, and the drive out is short.
Because both entries are still awaiting detail, confirm the hall location with the parish before setting out rather than relying on a search engine, since more than one hall serves this corner of Fermanagh. Rural evening bus services are effectively non existent here, so driving or a shared lift is the only realistic option, and parking is on site at parish halls in this part of the county.
