Streamvale Open Farm runs its Magical Christmas Experience from Friday 27 November through to Thursday 24 December 2026, a guided tour around the farm built specifically around the run-up to Christmas. Small groups depart on a timed tour roughly every 20 minutes, with only 30 tickets available per tour slot, keeping each group small enough that the experience feels personal rather than like a large-scale event. The tour takes visitors around the farm’s animals and festive displays, aimed squarely at younger children and families wanting a Christmas outing beyond a straightforward Santa photo visit, and forms part of Streamvale’s wider seasonal programme alongside its regular farm activities. Because tours are timed and capped, punctuality matters more here than at a typical open farm visit, and the farm asks visitors to arrive at least ten minutes before their booked slot to avoid missing the start of their group’s activities. Tickets for the 2026 run go on sale at 7pm on Monday 7 September, and with only 30 places per departure, early booking is worth doing once they are released rather than waiting until December. Pricing is banded by age, from a baby rate through toddler, child, adult, senior and carer tickets, giving families a way to bring several generations along without every ticket costing the full adult rate.
Streamvale Open Farm is on Ballyhanwood Road on the eastern edge of Belfast, close to Dundonald, with on-site parking for visitors arriving by car. It is a short drive from the A20 and A21 routes into east Belfast.
