What to Expect

The junior grade is the first of the Connollys of Moy Tyrone Club Championships to get going in 2026, and it opens with a triple bill on Saturday 15 August. Killyclogher hosts a double-header, Fintona v Urney at 1.30pm and Stewartstown v Strabane at 3pm, while Clogher stages Eskra v Augher at 5.30pm. These are preliminary-round ties, so the three winners carry through into a first round that also brings in club third teams from Errigal Ciaran, Cookstown, Donaghmore and Omagh.

First-round fixtures run over three days. Friday 21 August at Stewartstown: Errigal Ciaran III v Cookstown III, 6.30pm, then Derrytresk v Killyman, 8pm. Saturday 22 August at Killeeshil: Donaghmore III v Drumragh, 1.30pm, and Stewartstown or Strabane v Omagh III, 3pm; at Errigal Ciaran: Brackaville v Tattyreagh, 5pm, and the winners of the Eskra v Augher and Fintona v Urney ties meet at 6.30pm. Sunday 23 August at Greencastle: Clann na nGael v Brocagh, 1.30pm, and Glenelly v Castlederg, 3pm. All matches are streamed live on Tyrone GAA TV.

Getting There

Killyclogher GAC is at 36 Drumnakilly Road, BT79 0QA, on the Omagh side of the village and about five minutes from the centre of Omagh off the A505 Cookstown road. Clogher is in the Clogher Valley on the A4 between Ballygawley and Fivemiletown. Stewartstown, Killeeshil and Errigal Ciaran are all within a short drive of the M1 at Dungannon, and Greencastle is up in the Sperrins between Omagh and Cookstown. Each ground has free on-site parking. Ulsterbus serves Omagh, Dungannon and the A4 corridor, but there is little or no service to the smaller grounds at weekends, so driving is the realistic option.
