IE/DC bring their AC/DC tribute show to the Spirit Store on Saturday, 14 November 2026. Doors open at 7:30pm on Georges Quay in Dundalk, Co. Louth.
IE/DC describe themselves as Ireland’s number one tribute to AC/DC. The five-piece band has been playing together since 2013 and covers both the Bon Scott and Brian Johnson eras of the band’s catalogue, including Highway to Hell, Thunderstruck and Back in Black, aiming for what they call an authentic interpretation of the material rather than a straight covers set. The Spirit Store itself has a reputation beyond any one show: a multi-award-winning live venue whose Georges Quay stage has hosted acts including David Keenan, Beth Orton and Ash.
The Spirit Store is on Georges Quay in Dundalk town centre, Co. Louth, A91 NR79, a converted quayside store on the spot where the Castletown River meets the harbour. The venue runs a food menu Wednesday to Saturday from 12pm to 8pm and Sunday from 12pm to 6:30pm.
Dundalk is the county town of Louth, a working town of around 43,000 people built around St Patrick’s Cathedral and the old grid of Clanbrassil Street and the Long Walk. It’s also a border town: the M1 effectively runs out here, Newry is twelve kilometres up the road, and the Cooley Peninsula starts just five minutes on the other side of the bay. See more of what’s on across the county on the Louth hub, or explore Dundalk itself.
