Tipperary stand-up Andrew Ryan brings his show Honest Capacity to the Spirit Store in Dundalk on Saturday, 28 November 2026, with doors from 8pm for the evening performance.
This is the main evening show of the night, one of three Honest Capacity performances the Spirit Store has scheduled at the venue on the same date: an earlier 2pm show added by popular demand, a 5pm matinee, and this 8pm evening slot. Demand for the earlier shows has been strong enough that extra dates were added, so it is worth checking availability across all three if the evening show is sold out. Running three separate performances in one day at the same venue is a sign of how much demand there has been for this show, so if you want a specific time slot it is worth booking rather than waiting to see if tickets are still there.
The Spirit Store is on Georges Quay, Dundalk (Eircode A91 NR79), on the waterfront a short walk from the town centre. The bar opens from midday on Saturdays, with food served until 8pm, so there is time to eat before any of the day’s three shows.
Dundalk is the county town of Louth, built around a Norman motte where Cú Chulainn is said to have been born, with a working main street and the Spirit Store itself long established as one of its best live venues. St Patrick’s Cathedral and the county museum, housed in an 18th-century distillery warehouse, are both nearby, and Oriel Park is a short walk away if you want to see where Dundalk FC play. There is more on Dundalk and the wider county at Dundalk and Co. Louth.
