The Navan Racing Festival runs over two days, Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 November 2026, at Navan Racecourse on Proudstown Road. Gates open at 10am both days, and the meeting is built around the Troytown Chase, one of the season’s first big tests for the following spring’s Cheltenham contenders.
Sunday’s card is headlined by the BAR 1 Betting Troytown Chase, a Grade 3 steeplechase over 3 miles and 1 furlong with a strong record of producing future Cheltenham Festival horses, alongside the BAR 1 Betting Fortria Chase. Saturday’s programme includes the Grade 2 Railway Bar Lismullen Hurdle, plus the Bellinter House Hotel and Spa style competition on the day. General admission tickets are on sale from €20 per person, with a Real Deal package at €35 that adds a food voucher, a drink voucher, a racecard and a €5 betting voucher. A Final Fence Marquee, with a reserved table and two-course buffet lunch, is available on the Sunday and has been selling fast.
Navan Racecourse is on Proudstown Road, north of Navan town centre, with free car parking on site. Shuttle buses run from Navan town, with the first departing the Ardboyne Hotel at 9.45am; a return shuttle continues for an hour and a half after the last race.
