At St David's Church · Naas, Co. Kildare, W91 D7XY
Music Network brings pianist and composer Bill Laurance to St David’s Church in Naas on Friday 23 October 2026. Laurance is a founding member of Snarky Puppy, the five-time Grammy-winning collective, and his own work pulls together jazz, classical writing, electronica and groove.
His most recent album Lumen drew praise from Jazzwise for its distinct and engaging melodies and rich, layered arrangements. Outside his solo career he has worked with David Crosby, Laura Mvula and Jacob Collier, and has written for dance companies including Alvin Ailey and English National Ballet. Music Network is the national touring body that puts international players into venues around the country that would not otherwise get them, and a church interior tends to suit solo piano well. Tickets are €20, booked through the Riverbank Arts Centre Ticketsolve system even though the concert itself is in Naas rather than Newbridge. The show runs from 8:00 PM to about 10:00 PM.
Naas is off the M7 roughly 35 km south-west of Dublin, signposted from the motorway.
