Getting There

TF Royal is on the Old Westport Road, on the western side of Castlebar and signposted from the N5 and N60 approaches into the town. There is a large free car park at the venue, and a hotel on the same site if you want to make a night of it. Castlebar is about 20 minutes from Westport on the N5, 40 minutes from Ballina via the N57 and N5, and about an hour and a quarter from Galway on the N84. Castlebar railway station is on the Dublin Heuston to Westport line and is around a 15 minute walk from the venue. Bus Eireann services from Galway, Sligo, Ballina and Dublin stop in the town centre, about a ten minute walk away. November evenings can be dark and wet on the N5, so allow extra driving time.
