Getting There

TF Royal is on the Old Westport Road on the west side of Castlebar, signposted from the N5 and N60 into the town and about a ten minute walk from the main street. There is a large free car park on site, and a 9pm start means it is usually easier to park than on a big theatre night. Castlebar is about 20 minutes from Westport on the N5, 40 minutes from Ballina on the N57 and N5, and an hour and a quarter from Galway on the N84. Castlebar railway station is on the Dublin Heuston to Westport line, roughly 15 minutes on foot from the hotel, and Bus Eireann services from Galway, Sligo, Ballina and Dublin all stop in the town. If you are staying over, the hotel is attached to the venue.
