Ashley Campbell at The Friary, Ballyhaunis

At St Mary's Abbey (The Friary Church) · Abbey Street, Ballyhaunis, Co. Mayo

Ashley Campbell in concert at St Mary's Abbey, the Friary Church in Ballyhaunis

What to Expect

Ashley Campbell plays St Mary’s Abbey, the Friary Church on Abbey Street in Ballyhaunis, on Saturday 24 October 2026. Doors open at 7.15pm and the concert runs from 8pm to 10pm, promoted by The Friary Ballyhaunis.

Campbell is a multi-instrumentalist working in country and Americana and the daughter of Glen Campbell. She has released two solo albums and a third collaborative project, Turtle Cottage, and her song Remembering, written for her father, appeared on the soundtrack of a Grammy-winning documentary. She has played Carnegie Hall and London’s O2 Arena and has recorded with Scott Bradlee’s Postmodern Jukebox. A church concert puts the emphasis on the voice and the banjo rather than a band arrangement, and the Friary’s acoustics suit that. Under 18s are welcome when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
