What to Expect

She Leads: Women Shaping Economies takes place at the Fairways Hotel on the Dublin Road in Dundalk on Friday 11 September 2026, from 1pm to 5.30pm. The 2026 theme is Leadership in the AI Era, and the programme runs a keynote address, panel discussions and structured networking across the afternoon. Tickets are €55.

The conference is organised by Dundalk Chamber of Commerce and is aimed at women in business, management and the professions across the north east, though it is not restricted. A charity auction runs as part of the afternoon, with proceeds going to Women’s Aid and refuge services. It sits in a busy autumn for the Chamber, between the Annual Golf Classic in late August and the Louth Business Awards Gala at the same hotel in October, and it tends to draw attendees from across the border counties as well as Louth.

Getting There

The Fairways Hotel is on the Dublin Road on the southern approach to Dundalk, about three kilometres from the town centre and a couple of minutes from the M1 at the Dundalk South junction. There is a large car park on site. Local bus services run along the Dublin Road, and a taxi from Dundalk Clarke rail station or the town centre takes under ten minutes.
