What to Expect

Solas Mindset Coaching runs The Finding Me confidence workshop at the Osprey Hotel in Naas on Saturday 26 September 2026, a three hour in-person session from 10am to 1pm with doors from 9.45am.

The workshop is aimed at people dealing with self-doubt, overthinking, comparison to others, or a fear of making mistakes, and its stated goal is building self-trust rather than performing confidence. The morning works through what actually shapes a person’s confidence, how to recognise your own strengths and past achievements rather than discount them, how to manage the internal critic, and what to do in the moment when self-doubt shows up. It closes with each participant writing a realistic 30 day action plan, which is the part that separates a workshop from a talk. Three hours on a Saturday morning is a manageable commitment, and the Osprey is a straightforward venue with free parking, which matters for people travelling in from across the county.

Getting There

The Osprey Hotel is in the Devoy Quarter on the western side of Naas town centre, walkable from the Main Street and signposted from the ring road. By car, leave the M7 at junction 9 or junction 10, follow signs for Naas and then the Devoy Quarter, and park free on site. Sallins and Naas railway station is about 4km out on the Dublin Heuston to Kildare and Cork line, with taxis at the station for the last stretch. Bus services connect Naas with Dublin, Newbridge and Kilcullen, and a Saturday 10am start is comfortably reachable on the morning services from Dublin.
