Maree Basketball Home Fixtures (Men's Division One)

At Calasanctius College · Calasanctius College, Oranmore, Co. Galway

Indoor basketball court laid out for a league fixture in a school sports hall

What to Expect

Maree Basketball Club play their home games in the 2026/27 Domino’s Men’s Division One at Calasanctius College in Oranmore, and the first of them is the Galway derby. Maigh Cuilinn come east on Saturday 10 October 2026 with a 7:00pm tip-off, the two county sides meeting in the second tier of the national club league. Maree open the season on the road the week before, away to Flexachem KCYMS at Killorglin Sports Complex on Saturday 3 October at 7:15pm.

The second home date follows quickly. Portlaoise Panthers visit Calasanctius College on Saturday 17 October at 7:00pm. After that the schedule sends Maree away for a run of long trips: Ulster University at Jordanstown Sports Village on Saturday 24 October at 3:00pm, SPK Utility Trust Lakers at Killarney Sports and Leisure Centre on Saturday 21 November at 7:30pm, and Templeogue at TUD Tallaght on Sunday 29 November at 5:00pm. Division One games are played in a school hall rather than a stadium, so the crowd sits close to the floor and the atmosphere on derby night is a good deal louder than the venue size suggests.
