What to Expect

This is a group breathwork circle held in the Niall Mor Community and Enterprise Centre, the community building that carries a large share of Killybegs’ evening classes, clubs and meetings. Getting There

Killybegs is on the N56 west of Donegal Town, about half an hour by car past Mountcharles and Dunkineely, and the Niall Mor centre sits within the town itself, a short walk up from the harbour front. There is on-street parking around the town and public parking near the pier, both of which are quiet by mid-evening. Local Link and Bus Eireann services run between Donegal Town and Killybegs during the day, but evening departures are limited, so driving or sharing a lift is the practical option for a 7.15pm start.
