Undercurrent presents Earthfall at glor, Ennis

At glor · Causeway Link, Ennis, Co. Clare

Contemporary dancers and aerial performers on stage in a dance theatre production

What to Expect

Earthfall is a dance theatre and circus production by Undercurrent Performance, a company based in County Leitrim. It comes to glor in Ennis on Wednesday 16 September 2026 at 8:00 PM. The piece combines contemporary dance with cultural dance forms from Zimbabwe, Brazil and Ireland, and adds circus and aerial work to the mix, performed by a cast of international and Irish dancers.

The narrative follows four people making their way through a surreal bureaucratic landscape while a young girl watches on. Undercurrent use that setting to work through survival, borders and immigration, and the show is built around a run of group sequences and solo turns rather than a single continuous storyline. glor lists it as a high-energy show and files it under dance, music and theatre together, which is a fair description of what is on stage. Tickets are priced to bring in younger audiences, with a specific under-18 rate.
