What to Expect

The 80s Icons Show comes to glor in Ennis on Friday 30 October 2026, billed by the venue as Ireland’s leading live 80s show. The set works through hits by Duran Duran, Spandau Ballet, Go West, Paul Young, Phil Collins and Nik Kershaw, with glor’s listing promising more names beyond those. Getting There

glor stands on Causeway Link on the northern edge of Ennis town centre, roughly a ten-minute walk from O’Connell Square and the Height. There is parking at the arts centre and further public parking in the town centre car parks nearby. Ennis is the main transport hub in Clare: the bus station and railway station sit together on Station Road, with regular Irish Rail services from Limerick and Bus Eireann express coaches from Limerick, Galway and Shannon Airport. By road the town is directly on the M18 motorway, about 25 minutes from Limerick city, 20 minutes from Shannon Airport and an hour from Galway.
